Our Services & Prices

  • Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage doesn't have to hurt! We believe in working with your body, not against it. Deep tissue massage involves a series of strokes on the targeted muscle group, providing attention to the muscle tendon, its origin and insertion, cross fiber strokes, focused lines against and along the muscle fibers, and pin and stretch movements. These strokes stimulate the nervous system, causing the muscle (and you) to relax.

  • Swedish massage

Swedish massage consists of long flowing strokes. The rhythmic pattern of the strokes bathes your nervous system with signals of relaxation. All strokes promote increased oxygenation of the heart, and the push of excess fluid toward the lymphatic drainage system. This technique can be performed with light or deep pressure.

  • Traditional Thai "hip opener" Massage

"Like a thousand gentle waves washing over the body" – Chongkol Setthakorn, founder of the International Training Massage School. A Thai "hip opener" session involves you in flexible clothing, allowing one of us to gently lead your body through a series of yogic stretching combined with compression massage. The ancient art of Traditional Thai massage is similar to the movements of Astanga Vinyasa Yoga and works along energy lines similar, in theory, to Chinese medicine meridian lines. The most essential element in a Thai session is the trust you build with us as practitioners to become aware of your needs both physically and energetically – the knowledge that you are safe and communication is key!

  • Fire Cupping

Cupping therapy dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures. It is like no other therapy when it comes to relieving the body of muscle tension, energetic blocks, and toxins penetrating tissues up to four inches deep. Glass cups are used to create localized circulation through a vacuum, forcing blood and lymph flow where the area is blocked or deficient. Cupping on the back follows the five meridian lines in Chinese medicine, rebalancing the channels through which life energy flows – supporting your mood and physical well-being. Book a fire cupping session today and experience a sedation of your nervous system and relief from fatigue, anxiety, and muscle tension that has failed to respond to other body therapies.

  • Myofascial Release

(Fascia is the tough membrane that wraps, connects, and supports all of your muscles). During Myofascial Release therapy, your therapist will locate myofascial areas that feel stiff and fixed instead of elastic and movable. These areas are thought to restrict muscle and joint movements that can contribute to widespread muscle pain. The technique involves applying gentle sustained pressure in restricted areas. Myofascial release is performed without the use of oil and honors the techniques "time element" that allows slow, low-pressure strokes to elongate the fascia. Depending on your needs, a deep pressure form of Myofascial Release may be utilized.

  • Shiatsu

Shiatsu, or accupressure release, can be recieved as a full session with you fully clothed receiving finger or elbow pressure along specific points of the Chinese acupuncture meridian lines. This full body acupressure treatment is a systematic reset, supporting immune, digestive, nervous, hormonal, urinary, and respiratory systems. Shiatsu can be included in an integrative massage session with its incredible ability to alleviate muscular tension. Pressure points on the face can alleviate sinus congestion, tired eyes, and migraines!

  • CranioSacral Techniques

The first written reference to the movement of the spinal nerves and its importance in life, clarity, and "bringing quiet to the heart" is found in a 4,000-year-old text from China. CranioSacral Therapy is a holistic healing practice that uses very light pressure and energy to balance the craniosacral rhythm. The movement and flow of cerebrospinal fluid impacts nervous system function thus affecting all other body systems including muscle tension. Ask us to integrate CranioSacral techniques into an integrative session.

  • Sound Healing

Powerful Vibrational healing with singing bowls can be applied to an integrative therapeutic session to aid in the balance of body, mind, and spirit.
