About us

I attended the StillPoint School of Massage in Greenfield, MA. I have over 18 years of experience in professional practice in the states of Massachusetts and Vermont. I became Nationally Certified in 2003.

I have completed many specialized trainings over the years, including Sports Massage Therapy, NeuroMuscular therapy, Myofascial Release, postural assessment, Thai Yoga Massage, and Lomi Lomi massage.

I have specific training to work with chronic cervical pain, for headaches, whiplash injury, forward head posture and other chronic pain patterns.

I studied Anatomy Trains® with Tom Myers, starting in 2003, whose theories on fascia and connective tissue were ahead of their time. I have worked in chiropractic and osteopathic doctors clinics, and have worked in conjunction with other healthcare practitioners, such as acupuncturists and Feldenkrais® practitioners at WellSpace in Cambridge, MA, and with acupuncturists at Breathing Light in Montpelier, VT.

I have experience working in day spa and resort spa settings offering a variety of massage modalities and body treatments. I have traveled with my table to practice in-home massage and on-site chair massage for large corporations in Boston. I have been self-employed at my studio space in Montpelier since 2009.

I joyfully offer pre- and post-natal massage. I use the bodyCushion™ positioning system, which is the best support system on the market for allowing a pregnant woman to lie face down for the duration of her pregnancy or provide side-lying support.

I have been practicing pregnancy massage since 1999, but it has been since the birth of my own two children that I have deeper connection with and love of this work. I have experienced both cesarean and VBac births with my own children.

I am a licensed and NCBTMB certified massage therapist, a Stott Pilates™ method certified instructor, and an RYT-200 yoga instructor.

Every body is unique and different on any given day, so I offer massage therapy that is tailored to meet you in the present, emphasizing your preferences and needs.

Whether you seek relaxation, relief from stress or chronic pain, or rehabilitation from an injury, I will craft a session that's just for you.

Drawing on my 18 years experience and training in many styles of massage, I take pride in being able to weave a seamless experience for you. It is an art, and I am grateful to be able to share this with my clients.

Services & Rates

  • Massage Therapy

    60 minutes $70

    If you are looking for a more targeted session to address a specific muscle group, I can also do shorter sessions. However, if you are looking for deep relaxation or stress relief, please consider booking at least a 75 minute session.

  • Stott Pilates Instruction

    One Hour Session $ 55

    For my Pilates classes at First in Fitness in Berlin, please visit my Pilates page for the schedule and price. Private Instruction. I work with clients who would like a one-on-one experience for fitness instruction. Private instruction can be a great way to get started with Pilates before enrolling in a class, and it can also be fantastic for those who want to progress from a plateau in their work. If you are coming to Pilates for the first time, I strongly recommend a series of 3 sessions over the course of 2-3 weeks.

  • Core-Flow Yoga Instruction

    One Hour Session $ 55

    I offer both group class and private instruction in core-flow yoga. For my yoga classes at First in Fitness in Montpelier, or at Topnotch in Stowe, please visit my Core-Flow Yoga page for schedules and prices. Core flow yoga will improve your overall strength and flexibility and is the perfect compliment to my Pilates instruction. Together, core flow yoga and Pilates will bring you peace in mind and body and will result in a more aligned and balanced body that feels fit.
