OUR MISSION
Heart Space Yoga, like the name suggests, is all about the heart. It is our choice and pleasure to recognize the potential and light within ourselves and in all people. Our mission is to help others see more of who they are, and what they are capable of. We strive to create a safe and encouraging environment for individuals to connect to themselves and reclaim their wholeness.
As much as yoga is a great challenge and workout for the body, this transformational practice works on a multitude of levels. It can be a process of undoing … removing the layers of doubt, hurt, and physical/mental limitations that prevent us from living our lives fully, and with joy! We are not products of our circumstances; rather of the choices we make.
Practicing yoga is a wonderful way to regain your power and health, heal chronic pain, and discover what is truly possible. Ultimately, we find there is no limit. When we are feeling good in our bodies and inspired in our hearts and minds, our natural response is to do good and to treat ourselves and others with kindness and compassion. When we heal ourselves, we heal our families, our communities, and the world.
We proudly staff a team of certified teachers and teachers-in-training who are dedicated to your health and safety. We have therapeutic and beginner classes for those who want to take things slowly, as well as alignment based yoga for those who like to flow and be challenged. Each teacher offers themselves in a unique way. Try them all and find what best works for you!
